Near the villa you can enjoy malls, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies (5 mins walk), a linear shopping center two blocks away.
If you like fast food, two blocks away there is a Church Chicken, Subway, Domino's pizza (1 minute), Starbucks (3 minutes), Carl's Jr (10 minutes), Oxxo store (3 minutes), Marina Vallarta (11 minutes), downtown/malecón (27 minutes), Sayulita Pueblo Mágico (45 minutes) and very close to Vidanta World. ​
There are 3 pools inside the Condo, one is located almost infront of the villa.

A HOME OUTSIDE YOUR TOWN HOUSE

Come and enjoy a beautiful two-story family villa: It is necessary to use stairs to access up to the 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and 2 full bathrooms, an small office area (chair and desk), a balcony and a view of the garden and pool.
On the ground floor there is a half bathroom, the TV in the living-dining room with a fan and a nice full kitchen. WiFi with full village coverage, parking for two cars, washing machine in the service patio and hot water for showers. ​
In front of the covered terrace there are shared green areas, access to the pool a few steps away, there are also two other outdoor pools within the condominium to which you have access, lounge area, private security 24/7, security cameras on the property. ​ ​
